Thong (clothing) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Woman wearing a T- back style thong. The thong is a garment generally worn as either underwear or as a swimsuit in some countries. It may also be worn for traditional ceremonies or competitions, such as sumo wrestling. Viewed from the front, the thong typically resembles a bikini bottom, but at the back the material is reduced to a minimum. Thongs are almost always designed to cover the genitals, anus, and perineum, and leave part or most of the buttocks uncovered. The back of the garment typically consists of a thin waistband and a thin strip of material, designed to be worn between the buttocks, that connects the middle of the waistband with the bottom front of the garment. The definitive guide to photography at the Source for Tech Buying Advice. Posing Workflow For Senior Boys; Kimberly Reid Senior Boys Guide) Let's face it, posing seniors can be hard. Let Kimberly Reid walk you through her senior sessions. Thongs come in a variety of styles depending on the thickness, material, or type of the rear portion of fabric and are available for both men and women throughout most of the world. Nomenclature. Another common name is tanga (or sometimes string tanga), especially in the German Tanga. A frequent metaphor, especially in Brazil, is dental floss; in Brazil a thong is called fio dental (Portuguese for dental floss); in English, the term . In Israel the thong, mostly the G- string, is called Khutini (. Similarly, in Iran, it is called . The Bridal Couple Posing Guide is the third installment in the series and where I introduce you to posing couples. This guide specifically showcases a bridal couple. This is the Divas’ newest product – an ebook all about boudoir posing – and it’s only $9.99! This book is a visual shot guide for models and photographers. A Puerto- Rican Spanish slang term, used by Reggaeton artists, is gistro. Australians often colloquially refer to the G- string as a g- banger or simply banger. Some names for the thong reference the bareness of the buttocks, as seen in the Spanish word colaless (the origin is probably connected to the term topless but in reference to cola, colloquial term for butt in South American Spanish), and in other names the . In Chinese, the T- back is commonly called dingziku (. In Korean, it is called . However, there are several usages of the term T- back in English as well (e. Children's literature author E. Konigsburg's T- backs, T- shirts, Coat and Suit). Thong vs. Attributed to strippers circa 1. It is thought the thong was probably originally developed to protect, support, or hide the male genitals. The loincloth is probably the earliest form of clothing used by mankind, having originated in the warmer climates of sub- Saharan Africa where clothing was first worn nearly 7. Many tribal peoples, such as some of the Khoisan people of southern Africa, wore thongs for many centuries. Much like the Japanese fundoshi, these early garments were made with the male genitalia in mind. A descendant of the loincloth and thong is the jockstrap. Prior to its entrance into mainstream fashion, g- strings were primarily worn by exotic dancers. In the modern Western world, g- strings are more commonly marketed towards females but are worn by both sexes. By the late 1. 98. Western world; thong and g- string underwear became more and more popular through the 1. Baywatch, where numerous females were recorded wearing thong swimsuits. In the 1. 99. 0s, the thong began to gain wider acceptance and popularity in the United States as underwear (and, to a lesser extent, as swimwear), especially with women, but also men. In the USA and Europe, the wearing of thongs by men was once mainly limited to the dance belt, the posing pouch for bodybuilders and the realm of male strippers. Men's thongs are now more widely available and commonly worn as day- to- day underwear or swimwear. While some major retailers such as Kmart sell men's thongs. In Europe, thongs have been commonplace for many more years both as underwear and swimwear. In the late 1. 99. This led to many thong designs intended to be worn in this manner, which were adorned with jewels and motifs on the back. However, in the later 2. Market research in 2. French women who wear thongs as their preferred underwear style at 2. There are a number of intermediate kinds of thongs between full rear coverage and a string rear. As designs become more risqu. Other styles include the Cheeky, V- string, and T- back. The naming of the intermediate styles of thong is debatable, different vendors use the words somewhat interchangeably. Thongs are available in a wide variety of materials, including silk, cotton, microfiber, satin, nylon, and lycra/spandex. There are also novelty designs for both sexes, featuring shapes to conform to the genitals or provide humorous visual effects. The most significant difference between thongs designed for men and women is the shape of the front part of the garment. Often, but not always, thongs for men will feature a vertical seam to create shape and space for the male genitalia, and the pouch may be made of stretchy material (usually cotton- Lycra or microfiber) for an ergonomic fit. The equivalent section in women's thongs is normally flat and seamless. However, the fabric is usually thicker in the area where it covers the vulva (by incorporating a cotton gusset). Since the mid- 1. West have been referring to the style of thongs they wore for their performances as G- strings. Etymology. It may simply stand for 'Gusset' as the G- String is in effect just a gusset on a string. Since the 1. 9th century, the term geestring referred to the string which held the loincloth of American Indians. William Safire in his Ode on a G- String quoted the usage of the word G- string for loincloth by Harper's Magazine 1. Beadle's and suggested that the magazine confused the word with the musical term G string (i. G note). Safire also mentions the opinion of linguist Robert Hendrickson that . Linguist Robert Hendrickson believes that the 'g' stands for 'groin'. During the Depression, a . The Chicago area was the home of some of the largest manufacturers of G- strings and it also became the center of the burlesque shows in the United States. The string connects with the waistband directly to form a . This is held in place firmly by a flexible internal frame. Since there is no material around the waist, the C- string completely eliminates the panty lines which thongs and other underwear create. C- strings are also designed for use as beachwear, which reduces the tan lines that would have been left by the side straps of even a G or V- String. Some cheekies are used as undergarments while others function as bikini bottoms. Often they have a band at the waist. Maebari are attached like pasties and because they do not have a clamping frame extension past the perineum (unlike the c- string design), the anus area is usually left exposed. Although conventional use for maebari in Japan is as underwear, in foreign swimwear designs named strapless bikini or no string bikini by various manufacturers, maebari- style bottoms are used with matching pasties (tops). As of 2. 01. 4, designer Jenny Buettner and her brand Shibue Couture introduced an extension design of maebari (thus covering the anus) to the Western consumers under the moniker No- Line Strapless Panty. It is made up of rectangular strip of cotton cloth which is used to cover the genitals with the help of the strings connected to the four ends of the cloth for binding it around the waist of the wearer. It is used by wrestlers in the game of Kushti or traditional Indian Wrestling in the Akhaada (Wrestling Ring) and also during practice sessions and training. Fundoshi. Before World War II, the fundoshi was the main form of underwear for Japanese adult males. However, it fell out of use quickly after the war with the introduction of new underwear to the Japanese market, such as briefs and trunks. Nowadays, the fundoshi is mainly used not as underwear but as festival (matsuri) clothing at Hadaka Matsuri or, sometimes, as swimwear. There are many other varieties of fundoshi as the variations on the principle of a loincloth are almost infinite. For example, the mokko- fundoshi (literally . The kuro- neko fundoshi (literally . Technically it is not a thong, as there is no narrow strap that passes up between the buttock. A jockstrap consists of a waistband (usually elastic) with a support pouch for the genitalia and two elastic straps affixed to the base of the pouch and to the left and right sides of the waistband at the hip. The pouch, in some varieties, may be fitted with a pocket to hold an impact resistant cup to protect the testicles and/or the penis from injury. Dance belt. Thongs tend to offer better support for the male anatomy than do other underwear styles (as well as eliminating contact between the genitals and inner thighs) and is one of the reasons why men and boys may choose to wear them. In her defense, the vice principal said the checks were for student safety and not specifically because of the wearing of thongs (. This controversy spawned a great deal of free publicity for Abercrombie, including a chain letter that received wide circulation. Retrieved 3 April 2. Retrieved 7 January 2. Gejala Defisiensi Unsur Hara Pada Tanaman.
Kekurangan unsur hara Kalium (K) Defisiensi/kekurangan Kalium memang agak sulit diketahui. Diantara tulang- tulang daun terjadi klorosis, warna berubah menguning dan terdapat bercak- bercak berwarna kecoklatan, sedangkan tulang daun tetap berwarna hijau. Cara penanganan kekurangan unsur magnesium adalah dengan menambahkan pupuk kimia kieserite, kapur dolomite (Mg=1. Mg. Unsur Mikro. Besi (Fe). Gejala kekurangan besi ditandai dengan warna kuning pada daun- daun muda, pertumbuhan tanaman terhambat, daun berguguran dan mati pucuk, tulang daun yang berwarna hijau berubah kekuningan kemudian memutih, pertumbuhan tanaman seolah terhenti. Boron (B). Unsur Hara Dalam Tanah (Makro dan Mikro)Beberapa Unsur Hara Yang Dibutuhkan Tanaman : Karbon (C), Hidrogen (H), Oksigen (O), Nitrogen (N), Fosfor (P), Kalium (K), Kalsium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg), Belerang (S), Besi (Fe), Mangan (Mn), Boron (B), Mo, Tembaga (Cu), Seng (Zn) dan Klor (Cl). Catalase : H2. O + H2. O O2 + 2. H2. Ob. Peroksidase : AH2 + H2. O A + H2. S), spalerit . O4 misalnya kalkosit (Cu. S), kovelit (Cu. S), kalkopirit (Cu. Fe. S2), borinit (Cu. Fe. S4), luvigit (Cu. As. S4), tetrahidrit . Senyawa ini mempunyai berat molekul sekitar 1. Cu. Mg. Na. Al. 3(BO)2. Si. 4O2)O2. 0 yang mengandung 3%- 4% boron. Bulletin Daily Paper 0. Western Communications, Inc. GSLP High School Mentors Name: Campbell ’1. Hometown: Wellesley. Campbell wishes she knew then. You cannot expect that the girl who sits next to you at morning meeting or the girl in your advisory will have the exact same experiences in high school. You cannot expect to take all the same classes as other people in your grade, because success is individual. Being able to step away from what others expect of you and what others are doing is a crucial skill that directly influences one’s success and one’s satisfaction levels. Furthermore, I wish I knew that identity changes and shifts with each new experience. In the past, I never considered myself to be a math or business or science person. However, after completing Dana's Girls Summer Entrepreneurship Program last summer, I found that I have a true passion for business, including both the mathematical and marketing aspects. In addition, through my course load this year, I have experienced greater levels of enjoyment in both my math and science classes. At first this change was striking to me, but I now realize that this is simply a part of learning more about myself. Having been at Dana since 7th grade, I would now consider myself a more confident leader. Being in the all- girls environment at Dana has benefited my life in so many ways. I believe that every girl should experience an all- girls camp or go to an all- girls school because those environment teach girls that it is okay to stand up for yourself, you are not a 'bossy,' and that you can be a leader. Dana creates a comfortable space where girls can step out of their comfort zones in order to grow and learn. When I was younger, I thought that there was only one clear style of leadership: the strong- willed and outspoken person. But as I’ve gotten older, I think my view of leadership has definitely changed. A leader might not always be the loudest or most outspoken person in the classroom, but the person who has something important to say and has the courage to say it. You don’t have to be a particularly vocal or involved leader, but you can be a leader by simply being respected and speaking up when it truly counts. The girls that come to the program. No one is an expert or completely experienced, but by. Every girl, even the mentors, find her strengths and weakness in a. By the end of the program, they’re equipped. I want to help. girls grow like I did when I was in GSLP. This program gives participants the. GSLP is important. It also. builds confidence in girls. Before participants can understand what type of. GSLP allows them to discover that confidence. Being confident when entering. It teaches girls at a young age what a female leader looks like by having strong women as mentors as well as taking time to educate them about what one needs to be a leader. At GSLP, I learned a lot through the interesting lectures as well as team activities that taught me how to be a leader in a group setting. Being in an all- girls environment will allow this group of girls to take risks, discover their voices, and find their strengths through the many leadership courses packed into the camp’s agenda. Not only will leadership skills be found through these workshops, but the collaboration and conflict resolutions that the girls will face will help them in the future and provide lasting friendships. While attending Dana, I have fine- tuned my leadership skills and learned how to use them effectively. It is because of my amazing peers, teachers and role models within the community that I have been pushed out of my comfort zone and been encouraged to expand on my passions. Now I aim to be a role model to the GSLP students; I hope to be able to mentor these girls so that they can one day find the leader within themselves like I did. From my own personal experiences at Dana Hall, I have learned how important it is have leadership qualities, because they can contribute to all aspects of life including: class work, sports, family life, relationships and many more places. I urge all girls to find leadership characteristics, not only to better their own lives, but to empower other girls as well. I’ve always thought that through growing up we learn what is right and wrong, but sometimes there can be a gray area too, and it takes a lot of integrity to do the right thing when a situation is not black and white. With this, integrity is something that needs to be practiced, and eventually, having a strong sense of integrity can be worked into an everyday lifestyle. Being honest towards oneself and those around you is something that can take a great deal of integrity because with temptations and external opinions, strong integrity is extremely important.
